What does a nurse get?

Exactly what a retail buyer gets for €79: all 1,173 questions across 41 topics, each with an explanation and the source document named, the 150-question timed mock on the RCSI clock, unlimited short mocks, the mistakes deck and the OSCE notes. 6 months from the day the seat is used.

What do we see?

For each nurse: name, email, when you added her, when access ends, and (unless she switches it off) questions answered, accuracy, number of mocks and the last mock score. Never the individual answers. Enough to know who is ready and who is not opening the app.

How do seats reach nurses?

Two ways. Add her by name and email and she gets a login link the same minute. Or issue codes and hand them out; she enters the code and her name on her account page, and is told there that you will see her access dates and practice summary. Unused codes can be cancelled and the seat returns to your balance.

Can my colleagues use the panel?

Yes. The account that set up the agency adds colleagues under "Your team": a manager can add nurses and issue codes, a viewer only sees the list and progress. Team members do not use seats. Reminder emails (access ending, login email not opened, no practice, Monday summary) are switched on and off by the owner and go to the whole team.

Do seats expire?

No. Buy 50 today, use them over the next two years. Each seat starts its own six months only when you assign it.

What is the pass guarantee?

If a nurse fails the real RCSI theory test while her access is active, click "Claim the guarantee" on her row and email us the result sheet. We add another 6 months for her without taking a seat.

Is this an RCSI course?

No. NurseAptitude.ie is an independent study tool. RCSI does not endorse or approve any preparation course, and none of our questions come from a real paper. They are written from the documents on the RCSI reading list, and the source is named on every answer.

Invoices and VAT?

Stripe emails the invoice to your login address at payment, issued by Avlas Digital (sole trader, Ireland). No VAT is charged: the operator is not registered for VAT, and the invoice says so. If your accounts team needs a purchase order number or a bank transfer (50 seats and up), email us before paying.
