14 days if the pass is unused
The pass costs €59 once. If it is not what you expected, you can refund it yourself from your account page within 14 days of payment, as long as you have answered fewer than 100 questions, checked fewer than 20 OSCE exercises (paperwork cases, station rehearsals, teaching talks) and sat no full mock since paying. Practice you did in the demo before paying does not count. The full amount goes back to the same card, usually within five working days; the time that purchase added to your access ends the moment the refund is issued (an earlier pass or an agency seat you also hold keeps running).
Once 100 questions, 20 OSCE exercises or a full mock are behind you, the pass counts as used and is not refundable. That is the point of the limit: two weeks of study on the full bank is the product, not a trial of it. The pass guarantee below still applies in full.
Agency seat packs are refunded in full within 14 days of payment if no seat has been used; email hello@nurseaptitude.ie from the account that paid. Once a seat has been assigned to a nurse the pack is not refundable, but unused seats never expire.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 you normally have 14 days to cancel something bought online. For digital content that is delivered at once, the law lets you give that right up in exchange for immediate access, and that is what you agree to at checkout: the box you tick before paying says so. The policy above is what we offer in its place. Nothing here limits any other right you have under Irish or EU consumer law.
After 14 days
We do not refund after 14 days, but the pass guarantee below usually solves the problem a refund would.

Failed the real theory test while your access was active? Send a photo or screenshot of the RCSI result to hello@nurseaptitude.ie and we add another 6 months, free. You can claim for every failed sitting during your access. We do not ask why you failed.
Something broken
If the site did not work for you (payment taken but no access, login link not arriving), email us first. We fix it the same day or refund, your choice.
