Nurses’ note after a call

The RCSI safeguarding sample ends with paperwork: “accurately record what was said by both you and the next-of-kin during the conversation; sign using full name; print your full name; and date the record.” Here you get the conversation and a blank page. The marking follows that sentence and the NMBI Code on records: date and time, who and how, both sides in their own words, what you did, who you informed, no opinion, full signature and printed name.
